Refund policy

We offer exchange or in-store credit within 14 days of receipt of your purchase - we do not offer refunds.

Items must be in unwashed, unworn, and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. Discounted merchandise (purchased on sale or with a promo code), earrings, intimates, and opened apothecary items (fragrance, skincare, etc.) are final sale.

To request a return please e-mail us at hello@shopmercurial.com. Any unapproved returns will be refused and returned to sender. Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
