Shipping policy

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and shipping of orders. All orders will receive tracking information once shipped. All shipping costs are in CAD. Mercurial is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged orders, and orders are no longer our responsibility once dispatched.

Canada

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above $200 within Canada. Orders under $200 will be subject to a flat-rate fee. Express shipping is available.

United States

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above $300 USD within the United States.

Orders under $300 will be subject to a flat-rate fee. Express shipping is available.

All United States orders are shipped DDP; duties will be collected at checkout.

International

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above $500 to select countries in Europe. Orders under $500 will be subject to a flat-rate fee. Express shipping is available.

All international orders are subject to duties + taxes based on the rate of duty and tax rates of the country of import. Please see below for more information.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service. Any import charges, customs fees, and taxes, are the responsibility of the receiver upon arrival in the destination country. Unfortunately we have no control over these fees and they vary based on product country of origin and the country of import. For more information please contact your local customs office.

Please note that we are not responsible for any associated fees that may incur upon arrival outside of Canada, nor do we offer refunds if you choose to refuse a shipment due to duties and/or taxes. Thank you for understanding.
